Caught red-handed (or crumb-handed)! 🍪
This mischievous Christmas elf has gone headfirst into the cookie jar for a midnight snack, leaving crumbs, broken biscuits and chaos behind. It’s one of those last-minute elf ideas that takes seconds to set up but always gets a big laugh from the kids.
This is a classic naughty elf move – totally mess-free (as long as you don’t actually smash the cookies!) and guaranteed to make your little ones giggle when they find him in the morning.
What you’ll need:
- One official Elf on the Shelf doll (paid link)
- A cookie or biscuit jar
- A few cookies (whole and broken)
Setup:
Place your elf upside down in the cookie jar so that only his legs are sticking out. Scatter a few broken biscuits and crumbs around to complete the scene. It’s a quick, funny setup that proves even elves can’t resist a biscuit or two!
For another festive setup, try doughnut snack and magazine break or feeling toasty.
